Well thanks a lot to 3 persons (that said the poll and ips) which gave their opinion about the clouds/storages/dlc places..
Thanks tahooba for the report about skydrive, I tried it and have no problem in others pc ,still, open another cloud, yep, Mediafire.
I'm really sorry about the inconveniences any of you can have trying dowload the mods, but next time please if there is a problem, tell me. What a shame all this time i thought the uploading problems which i had was or the service or my win 7, but always was my isp, it's no a bad service, but is the better between both companies which have around here :S
Now I can upload to mediafire, youtube, etc.
I will TRY make a better work
